欢迎您使用深圳市广联智通科技有限公司(下称“我们”或“广联智通”)提供的服务! 为使用拉法尔产品与服务,您应当阅读并遵守《用户服务使用协议》(以下简称“本协议”)和《个人信息保护政策》。请您务必审慎阅读、充分理解各条款内容,除非您已充分阅读、完全理解并接受本协议所有条款,否则您不应使用我们的服务。您使用我们提供的产品与/或服务的行为(包括下载、安装、启动、浏览、注册、登录、使用),或者以其他任何明示或者默示方式表示接受本协议的,都表示您同意并接受本协议的全部条款。本协议即在您与我们之间产生法律效力,成为对双方均具有约束力的法律文件。我们产品里出现的或以其他方式向您展示的规则、流程等均构成您使用我们产品与/或服务的相关规则的一部分,与本协议具有同等效力。
一、 定义
- “用户”或“您”:包括注册用户及未注册用户,指享受我们提供的服务的个人或单一实体。
- 儿童:是指不满十四周岁的未成年人。
- 个人信息:指以电子或者其他方式记录的能够单独或者与其他信息结合识别自然人个人身份的各种信息。
- 我们产品与/或服务:是指拉法尔产品与服务。
二、 协议的范围及修订
- 本协议适用于我们的所有产品与/或服务,包括但不限于软件、网站、服务以及包含的相关产品或服务功能,用户终端包括但不限于PC端、移动终端等。
- 本协议内容同时包括《个人信息保护政策》,用户在使用我们某一特定服务时,该服务可能会另有单独的协议、相关业务规则等(以下统称为“单独协议”)。上述内容一经正式发布,即为本协议不可分割的组成部分,用户同样应当遵守。
- 在用户接受本协议之后,本协议可能因国家政策、产品与/或服务以及履行本协议的环境发生变化而进行修改,修改后的协议发布在我们产品适当的位置,对于重大变更,我们还会提供更为显著的通知(包括通过页面弹窗等更显著的方式发送通知,说明具体变更内容)。如用户在本协议更新后继续使用我们的产品与/或服务,即表示已充分阅读、理解并接受更新后的本协议,并愿意接受更新后的本协议约束。
三、 服务的使用规则
- 用户进入我们产品后,即可开始使用我们的服务。
- 除非用户与我们另有约定,我们服务仅为用户个人非商业性质的使用。用户依本协议条款所取得的权利不可转让。
- 我们官方公布的唯一合法使用服务方式为下载、安装、启动、浏览、注册、登录、使用拉法尔产品,用户应当通过我们提供或认可的方式使用本服务,如用户通过其他任何未经过我们合法授权的渠道、任何途径、任何方式获取的我们的产品与服务(包括且不限于账号、商品、客户端下载等服务)均为非法取得,我们概不承认其效力,且一经发现,我们有权立即做出删除、取消、清零、封号等处理,任何因此导致的一切不利后果均由用户自行承担。
- 我们的服务均仅限于用户在拉法尔产品使用,任何以恶意破解等非法手段将我们的产品与/或服务与拉法尔产品分离的行为,均不属于本协议中约定的我们的产品与服务。由此引起的一切法律后果由行为人负责,我们将依法追究行为人的法律责任。
- 用户在申请注册账号时,必须向我们提供完整、真实、准确、最新的个人资料。如果上述信息发生变化,用户应及时更改,以免使得用户不能有效或正确使用相关产品或服务。用户应保证上述资料系本人的真实资料,不得冒用他人身份或使用他人手机号码等注册账号。如果因注册信息不真实或更新不及时或冒用行为等导致的账号纠纷或引发的相关问题,由用户自行承担任何后果和责任。同时,我们有权选择根据实际情况暂时封停或永久查封此账号。
- 用户仅可自行在我们的官方渠道注册拉法尔账号。任何通过其他非官方途径获得的拉法尔账号信息(包括但不限于购买、租用、借用、分享等方式获得的拉法尔账号信息,以及恶意利用或破坏注册系统获得的注册账号),我们不保证其合法性和正常使用性,由此导致账号被封停、查封或收回的,请用户自行承担全部责任。
- 用户不得通过任何手段恶意注册拉法尔账号(包括但不限于使用无效手机号、使用他人身份等恶意注册)或利用拉法尔账号进行违法活动、捣乱、骚扰、欺骗、其他用户以及其他违反本协议的行为,我们有权对上述账号永久封停、收回等措施,由此造成损失,由用户自行承担。同时,我们有权将上述行为移交司法部门处理。
- 拉法尔账号所有权归我们所有,用户仅拥有拉法尔账号的有限使用权。用户需对其享有使用权的账号下所从事的所有行为承担责任,并应妥善保管自己的账号、密码,不得将拉法尔账号转让、出借、出租、售卖或分享予他人使用。如用户因上述行为导致账号遗失、泄露、被篡改、被盗或账号异常登录等,相关责任及损失由用户自行承担。当用户的账号或密码遭到未经授权的使用时,用户应当立即通知我们,否则未经授权的使用行为均视为用户本人的行为,由用户自行承担由此导致的损失和后果。
- 如用户需注销拉法尔账号,用户应在APP内申请注销,或与我们联系,并提供相应的信息与资料,且确保提供的信息与资料合法、真实、有效,以便我们核对用户身份,并为用户注销账号。
- 用户知悉并同意,受限于宽带和网络连接问题,我们在提供产品与服务的过程中可能会出现需较长时间缓冲或卡顿或其他类似的情况,此类情况并非我们过错,我们无需就此类情况向用户承担责任。且为了减少甚至避免上述情况的出现,从而进一步提升用户的服务体验,用户确认我们可采取一系列技术手段对产品和服务进行优化。
- 用户知悉并同意,我们提供的产品与服务需接入互联网方可使用,因此用户需自行承担使用产品与服务过程中所产生的上行和下行的网络通信及流量费用,上述费用将由网络运营商收取。
- 用户在使用我们的产品与/或服务过程中,应遵守中华人民共和国法律,包括但不限于《中华人民共和国保守国家秘密法》、《中华人民共和国著作权法》、《中华人民共和国计算机信息系统安全保护条例》、《计算机软件保护条例》、《互联网电子公告服务管理规定》、《信息网络传播权保护条例》、《网络安全法》等有关计算机及互联网规定的法律、法规;应遵守公共秩序,尊重社会公德,不得危害网络安全,不得利用网络从事危害国家安全、荣誉和利益,煽动颠覆国家政权、推翻社会主义制度,煽动分裂国家、破坏国家统一,宣扬恐怖主义、极端主义,宣扬民族仇恨、民族歧视,传播暴力、淫秽色情信息,编造、传播虚假信息扰乱经济秩序和社会秩序,以及侵害他人名誉、隐私、知识产权和其他合法权益等活动。在任何情况下,我们一旦合理地认为用户违反上述行为的,可以在任何时候,不经事先通知终止向该用户提供产品与/或服务。
- 禁止用户从事以下行为:
- 制作、上传、复制、传送、传播包含任何反对宪法所确定的基本原则、危害国家安全、泄露国家秘密、颠覆国家政权、破坏国家统一、破坏民族团结、损害国家荣誉和利益、煽动民族仇恨、民族歧视、破坏民族团结、破坏国家宗教协议、宣扬邪教和封建迷信、淫秽、色情、赌博、暴力、凶杀、恐怖或者教唆犯罪、侮辱或者诽谤他人,侵害他人合法权益的等法律、行政法规禁止的内容或其他另人反感的包括但不限于资讯、资料、文字、软件、音乐、照片、图形、信息或其他资料;
- 以任何方式危害未成年人;
- 冒充任何人或机构,或以虚伪不实的方式谎称或使人误认为与任何人或任何机构有关;
- 伪造标题或以其他方式操控识别资料,使人误认为该内容为我们所传送;
- 将无权传送的内容(例如内部资料、机密资料)进行上传、张贴、发送语音或以其他方式传送;
- 将侵犯任何人的专利、商标、著作权、商业秘密或其他专属权利之内容加以上传、张贴、发送语音或以其他方式传送;
- 将广告函件、促销资料、“垃圾邮件"等,加以上传、张贴、发送语音或以其他方式传送。
- 跟踪或以其他方式骚扰他人,非法侵入他人网络、干扰他人网络正常功能、窃取网络数据等危害网络安全的行为;
- 向他人提供专门用于从事侵入网络、干扰网络正常功能及防护措施、窃取网络数据等危害网络安全活动的程序、工具,或明知他人从事危害网络安全的活动的,为其提供技术支持、广告推广、支付结算等帮助的行为;
- 利用我们提供的服务设立用于实施诈骗,传授犯罪方法,制作或者销售违禁物品、管制物品等违法犯罪活动的网站、通讯群组,或利用我们的网络发布涉及实施诈骗,制作或者销售违禁物品、管制物品以及其他违法犯罪活动的信息;
- 将有关干扰、破坏或限制任何计算机软件、硬件或通讯设备功能的软件病毒或其他计算机代码、档案和程序之资料,加以上传、张贴、发送语音或以其他方式传送;
- 干扰或破坏我们服务或与我们服务相连的服务器和网络,或不遵守本协议之规定;
- 故意或非故意违反任何相关的中国法律、法规、规章、条例等其他具有法律效力的规范。
- 用户需保证其上传内容应当符合法律、行政法规、部门规章的规定,且上传内容不得含有以下内容: A. 反对宪法确定的基本原则的; B. 危害国家统一、主权和领土完整的; C. 泄露国家秘密、危害国家安全或者损害国家荣誉和利益的; D. 煽动民族仇恨、民族歧视,破坏民族团结,或者侵害民族风俗、习惯的; E. 宣扬邪教、迷信的; F. 扰乱社会秩序,破坏社会稳定的; G. 诱导未成年人违法犯罪和渲染暴力、色情、赌博、恐怖活动的; H. 侮辱或者诽谤他人,侵害公民个人隐私等他人合法权益的; I. 危害社会公德,损害民族优秀文化传统的; J. 有关法律、行政法规和国家规定禁止的其他内容。 如用户提供的上传内容含有以上违反政策法律法规的信息或者内容的,由用户承担相应的法律后果,同时我们有权对前述信息或内容采取删除、屏蔽等措施。如因此给我们造成不利后果的,用户应负责消除影响,并且赔偿因此导致的一切损失。
- 用户使用我们的产品与/或服务在我们网站或平台制作、上传、发布、传播的符号、文字、图片、音频等内容的,应保证其上传内容不违反法律法规及其规范性文件,亦不侵犯任何第三方的合法权益,否则导致的一切不利后果均由用户自行承担,造成我们损失的,还应向我们承担赔偿责任。对于相关权利人因用户违反本款约定向我们主张权利的,我们有权不通知上传用户直接删除、下线、屏蔽相关争议内容。
- 用户对其利用我们服务制作、上传、发布、传播的符号、文字、图片、音频等内容的行为,独立完整地承担法律责任和经济赔偿责任,造成我们损失的,还应向我们承担赔偿责任,包括且不限于财产损害赔偿、名誉损害赔偿、律师费、交通费等因维权而产生的合理费用。同时:
- 为了维护法律法规及相关规范性文件、保护他人的合法权益、维护我们的信誉及安全,我们有权直接删除用户利用我们产品与/或服务制作、上传、发布、传播的符号、文字、图片、音频等内容,而无需事先通知用户;
- 我们有权视情节严重程度对该用户做出查封ID,暂时停止、永久禁止其利用我们产品与/或服务制作、上传、发布、传播的符号、文字、图片、音频等内容的处理;
- 我们的后台记录有可能作为用户违反法律法规、违约、侵权的证据。
- 除特别签订协议或者我们许可外,用户利用我们产品与/或服务制作、上传、发布、传播的文字、符号、音频等内容不得含有广告信息,包括且不限于上述的标题、简介等内容。
- 任何用户均不得利用我们账号、产品与/或服务进行倒卖、转手、置换、抵押、有价交易等方式非法牟利,一经发现,我们有权严肃处理,包括但不限于冻结、封号等。
- 用户应当保证,不会利用我们服务或其衍生服务侵犯我们以及他人的合法权益,禁止通过网络漏洞、恶意软件或其他非法手段破坏我们的正常经营,窃取、盗用他人的账号及账号下财产等;禁止侵犯他人合法权益的其他内容。否则,我们有权根据情节严重而对该用户及用户的账号进行冻结、封号等处理,对该用户及用户账号的任何操作均不予认可。构成犯罪的,我们有权移交司法部门处理。以上对我们造成的任何经济损失和名誉损失,我们有权追究该用户的法律责任。
- 用户可以向我们提出咨询和获得我们服务的合理技术支持,我们的此项义务不应超过我们的合理承受限度。
四、 用户个人信息保护
- 个人信息指以电子或者其他方式记录的能够单独或者与其他信息结合识别特定自然人身份或者反映特定自然人活动情况的各种信息。用户的信任对我们非常重要,我们深知个人信息对用户的重要性,我们将按法律法规要求,仅收集必要的信息,并采取相应安全保护措施,尽力保护用户的个人信息安全可控。
- 我们将按照本协议及《个人信息保护政策》的规定收集、使用、储存和分享用户的个人信息。本协议对个人信息保护相关内容未作明确规定的,均应以《个人信息保护政策》的内容为准。
- 用户应当在仔细阅读、充分理解《个人信息保护政策》后使用我们的产品与/或服务,如果用户不同意协议的内容,将可能导致我们的产品与/或服务功能无法正常运行,或者无法达到我们拟达到的服务效果,用户应立即停止访问/使用我们的产品与/或服务或者相关功能。用户使用或继续使用我们提供的产品与/或服务的行为,都表示充分理解和同意《个人信息保护政策》(包括更新版本)的全部内容。
五、 知识产权
- 深圳市广联智通科技有限公司是拉法尔产品及服务的知识产权权利人。拉法尔产品及服务(包括整体及涉及的所有内容、组成部分或构成要素)的一切著作权、商标权、专利权、商业秘密等知识产权及其他合法权益,以及与拉法尔产品及服务相关的所有信息内容(包括文字、图片、音频、视频、图表、界面设计、版面框架、有关数据或电子文档等)均受中华人民共和国法律法规保护,深圳市广联智通科技有限公司享有上述知识产权和合法权益,但相关权利人依照法律规定应享有的权利除外。未经事先书面同意,用户不得以任何方式将我们的服务、专利、商标等(包括整体及涉及的所有内容、组成部分或构成要素)进行商业性使用。
- 用户不得修改、改编、翻译我们服务所使用的软件、技术、材料等,不得通过反向工程、反编译、反汇编或其他类似行为获得我们的源代码,否则由此引起的一切法律后果由用户负责,我们将依法追究违约方的法律责任。
- 用户不得擅自删除、掩盖或更改我们的版权声明、商标或其它权利声明。我们所有设计图样以及其他图样、产品及服务名称,均为我们及/或其关联公司所享有的商标、标识。任何人不得使用、复制或用作其他用途。
- 我们产品可能涉及第三方知识产权,而如该等第三方对用户基于本协议在产品中使用该等知识产权有要求的,我们将以适当方式向用户告知该要求,用户应当一并遵守。
六、 免责声明
- 用户理解并确认,我们的产品与/或服务是按照现有技术和条件所能达到的现状提供的,我们无法保证其所提供的产品与/或服务毫无瑕疵,但我们承诺将不断提升服务质量及服务水平,为用户提供更加优质的服务。
- 用户理解并同意,在使用我们服务的过程中,可能会遇到不可抗力等风险因素,使服务受到影响。不可抗力是指不能预见、不能克服并不能避免且对一方或双方造成重大影响的客观事件,包括但不限于自然灾害如洪水、地震、瘟疫流行和风暴等以及社会事件如战争、动乱、政府行为等。出现上述情况时,我们将努力在第一时间与相关单位配合,争取及时进行处理,但是由此给用户造成的损失我们在法律允许的范围内免责。
- 在法律允许的范围内,我们对以下情形导致的服务中断或受阻不承担责任:
- 受到计算机病毒、木马或其他恶意程序、黑客攻击的破坏。
- 用户或我们的软件、系统、硬件和通信线路出现故障。
- 用户操作不当或用户通过非我们授权的方式使用本服务。
- 程序版本过时、设备的老化和/或其兼容性问题。
- 其他我们无法控制或合理预见的情形。
- 用户理解并同意,在使用我们服务的过程中,可能会遇到网络信息或其他用户行为带来的风险,我们会依照法律规定履行相关义务,用户不应轻易相信该信息,如有疑问,请及时联系我们。这些风险包括但不限于:
- 来自他人匿名或冒名的含有威胁、诽谤、令人反感或非法内容的信息。
- 遭受他人误导、欺骗或其他导致或可能导致的任何心理、生理上的伤害以及经济上的损失。
- 其他因网络信息或用户行为引起的风险。
- 我们依据本协议约定获得处理违法违规内容的权利,发现法律、行政法规禁止发布或者传输的信息或内容的,我们有权立即停止传输该信息或内容,采取删除、屏蔽等处置措施,并向有关主管部门报告。该权利不构成我们的义务或承诺,我们不能保证及时发现违法行为或进行相应处理。
- 用户应妥善保管账号和密码,加强密码安全性,谨防账号泄露或被盗。因用户的账号被泄露或被盗而造成的任何损失,如账号、账号内财产等丢失、减少的,我们不承担补偿责任。
- 用户因电信和网通部门的通讯线路故障、网络或电脑故障、系统不稳定、不可抗力(如服务器当机)等非我们原因造成账号、账号内财产等丢失、减少的,我们不承担补偿等责任。
- 为了改善用户体验、保证产品、服务的安全性及产品功能的一致性,我们可能会对软件进行更新。为了保证用户体验及产品、服务的安全性,建议用户将软件更新到最新版本。
七、 儿童/未成年人使用条款
- 我们非常注重对儿童/未成年人的保护。如果您为未满18周岁的未成年人,特别是如您为未满14周岁的儿童,请在法定监护人的陪同下阅读、确认本协议。
- 对于经法定监护人同意使用我们的产品与/或服务而收集儿童/未成年人个人信息的情况,我们只会在法律法规允许、监护人明确同意或保护儿童/未成年人所必要的情况下使用、共享、转让或披露此信息,我们将严格按照《个人信息保护政策》保护儿童/未成年人的隐私。
- 儿童/未成年人用户涉世未深,容易被网络虚像迷惑,且好奇心强,遇事缺乏随机应变的处理能力,很容易被别有用心的人利用而又缺乏自我保护能力。因此,儿童/未成年人用户在使用本服务时应注意以下事项,提高安全意识,加强自我保护:
- 认清网络世界与现实世界的区别,避免沉迷于网络,影响日常的学习生活。
- 填写个人资料时,加强个人保护意识,以免不良分子对个人生活造成骚扰。
- 在监护人或老师的指导下,学习正确使用网络。
八、 服务的变更与终止
- 用户理解并同意,我们基于经营策略的调整,可能会对服务内容进行变更,也可能会中断、中止或终止服务。
- 在我们发生合并、分立、收购、资产转让时,我们可向第三方转让本服务下相关资产;我们也可在单方通知用户后,将本协议下部分或全部服务及相应的权利义务转交由第三方运营或履行。具体受让主体以我们通知的为准。
- 如发生下列任何一种情形,我们有权不经通知而中断或终止向用户提供服务: (1)根据法律法规规定用户应提交真实信息,而用户提供的个人资料不真实、或与注册时信息不一致又未能提供合理证明。 (2)用户违反相关法律法规的规定或违反本协议的约定。 (3)按照法律法规规定,司法机关或主管部门的要求。 (4)出于安全的原因或其他必要的情形。
- 如果用户的服务被终止,我们有权从服务器上永久地删除该用户的数据,法律法规另有规定的除外。服务中止或终止后,我们没有义务向该用户提供或返还数据。
九、 管辖与法律运用
- 本协议的成立、生效、履行、解释及纠纷解决等相关事宜,均适用中华人民共和国大陆地区法律(不包括冲突法)。
- 本协议签订地为中华人民共和国广东省深圳市宝安区。
- 若用户和我们之间发生任何纠纷或争议,首先应友好协商解决;协商不成的,用户同意将纠纷或争议提交中国广东省深圳市宝安区有管辖权的人民法院管辖。
- 本协议所有条款的标题仅为阅读方便,本身并无实际涵义,不能作为本协议涵义解释的依据。
- 本协议条款无论因何种原因部分无效或不可执行,其余条款仍有效,对双方具有约束力。

Preface
Welcome to use the services provided by Shenzhen Guanglian Zhitong Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “Guanglian Zhitong”)!
In order to use Lafaer’s products and services, you should read and abide by the “User Service Agreement” (hereinafter referred to as “this Agreement”) and the “Personal Information Protection Policy”. Please be sure to read carefully and fully understand the contents of each clause. Unless you have fully read, fully understood, and accepted all the terms of this agreement, you should not use our services. Your behavior of using the products and/or services we provide (including downloading, installing, launching, browsing, registering, logging in, using), or expressing your acceptance of this Agreement in any other express or implied manner, means that you agree and accept it all terms of this agreement. This Agreement will have legal effect between you and us and become a legal document binding on both parties. The rules, processes, etc. that appear in our products or otherwise shown to you form part of the relevant rules for your use of our products and/or services, and have the same effect as this agreement.
1. Definition
1.1 “User” or “you”: includes registered users and unregistered users, and refers to individuals or single entities who enjoy the services we provide.
1.2 Children: refers to minors under the age of fourteen.
1.3 Personal information: refers to various information recorded electronically or by other means that can identify a natural person alone or in combination with other information.
1.4 Our products and/or services: refers to Lafaer’s products and services.
2. Scope and amendments to the agreement
2.1 This agreement applies to all our products and/or services, including but not limited to software, websites, services, and related products or service functions. User terminals include but are not limited to PCs, mobile terminals, etc.
2.2 The content of this agreement also includes the “Personal Information Protection Policy”. When a user uses a specific service of ours, the service may have a separate agreement, relevant business rules, etc. (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “separate agreement”). Once the above content is officially released, it will become an integral part of this agreement, and users should also abide by it.
2.3 After the user accepts this agreement, this agreement may be modified due to changes in national policies, products and/or services, and the environment for performing this agreement. The revised agreement will be posted in the appropriate location on our products. For major changes, more prominent notifications will also be provided (including sending notifications through more prominent means such as page pop-ups to explain specific changes). If the user continues to use our products and/or services after this Agreement is updated, it means that the user has fully read, understood, and accepted the updated Agreement and is willing to be bound by the updated Agreement.
3. Service usage rules
3.1 After users enter our products, they can start using our services.
3.2 Unless otherwise agreed between the user and us, our services are only for the user’s personal, non-commercial use. The rights obtained by the user under the terms of this agreement are not transferable.
3.3 The only legal ways to use the service officially announced by us are downloading, installing, starting, browsing, registering, logging in, and using Lafaer’s products. Users should use the service through the methods provided or approved by us. Our products and services (including but not limited to accounts, goods, client downloads, and other services) not obtained through our legally authorized channels, in any way, and in any way by our users are obtained illegally, and we do not recognize their validity, and once discovered. We have the right to immediately delete, cancel, clear, and block accounts. Any adverse consequences resulting therefrom will be borne by the user.
3.4 Our services are limited to users’ use of Lafaer products. Any behavior that separates our products and/or services from Lafaer products through malicious cracking or other illegal means does not belong to our rights as agreed in this Products and Services Agreement. The perpetrator shall be responsible for all legal consequences arising therefrom, and we will pursue the perpetrator’s legal liability in accordance with the law.
3.5 When applying to register an account, users must provide us with complete, true, accurate, and up-to-date personal information. If the above information changes, users should make timely changes to avoid users being unable to use related products or services effectively or correctly. Users should ensure that the above information is their true information and are not allowed to impersonate other people’s identities or use other people’s mobile phone numbers to register accounts. If there are account disputes or related problems caused by untrue registration information or untimely updates or fraudulent use, the user shall bear any consequences and responsibilities. At the same time, we have the right to choose to temporarily suspend or permanently block this account based on the actual situation.
3.6 Users can only register Lafaer accounts through our official channels. We will not use any Lafaer account information obtained through other unofficial means (including but not limited to Lafaer account information obtained by purchasing, renting, borrowing, sharing, etc., as well as registered accounts obtained by malicious use or destruction of the registration system). To ensure its legality and normal usability, if the account is blocked, seized, or withdrawn as a result, the user shall bear full responsibility.
3.7 Users are not allowed to maliciously register Lafaer accounts by any means (including but not limited to using invalid mobile phone numbers, using other people’s identities, etc.) or use Lafaer accounts to conduct illegal activities, cause trouble, harass, deceive other users, and other actions violating this Agreement. We have the right to permanently suspend or withdraw the above-mentioned accounts. Any losses caused thereby shall be borne by the users themselves. At the same time, we have the right to transfer the above-mentioned behaviors to the judicial department for processing.
3.8 The ownership of the Lafaer account belongs to us, and the user only has limited rights to use the Lafaer account. Users are responsible for all actions performed under the account to which they have the right to use, and should properly keep their account number and password. They are not allowed to transfer, lend, rent, sell, or share the Lafaer account to others. If the user’s account is lost, leaked, tampered with, or stolen, or the account is abnormally logged in due to the above behaviors, the relevant responsibilities and losses shall be borne by the user. When the user’s account or password is used without authorization, the user should notify us immediately. Otherwise, the unauthorized use will be deemed as the user’s own behavior, and the user will be responsible for the resulting losses and consequences.
3.9 If the user needs to cancel their Lafaer account, the user should proceed for cancellation in the application or contact us and provide the corresponding information and materials, and ensure that the information and materials provided are legal, authentic, and valid so that we can verify the user’s identity, and cancel the user’s account.
3.10 Users understand and agree that due to broadband and network connection problems, we may experience long buffering or lags or other similar situations in the process of providing products and services. We are not at fault for such situations and are not liable for such circumstances. In order to reduce or even avoid the occurrence of the above situations and further improve the user’s service experience, the user confirms that we can adopt a series of technical means to optimize products and services.
3.11 Users understand and agree that the products and services we provide require access to the Internet before they can be used. Therefore, users are responsible for the upstream and downstream network communication and traffic costs incurred during the use of products and services. The above costs will be collected by the network provider of the users.
3.12 Users should abide by the laws of the People’s Republic of China when using our products and/or services, including but not limited to the Law of the People’s Republic of China on Safeguarding State Secrets, the Copyright Law of the People’s Republic of China, and the Computer Information Law of the People’s Republic of China. “System Security Protection Regulations”, “Computer Software Protection Regulations”, “Internet Electronic Bulletin Service Management Regulations”, “Information Network Communication Rights Protection Regulations”, “Network Security Law” and other laws and regulations related to computers and the Internet; public order, respect social morality, and must not endanger network security. You must not use the Internet to endanger national security, honor and interests, incite subversion of state power, overthrow the socialist system, incite secession, undermine national unity, promote terrorism, extremism, and promote national hatred and ethnic discrimination, spread violent, obscene, and pornographic information, fabricate and disseminate false information to disrupt economic and social order, and infringement of others’ reputation, privacy, intellectual property rights, and other legitimate rights and interests. In any case, once we reasonably believe that a user has violated the above behaviors, we may terminate the provision of products and/or services to the user at any time without prior notice.
3.13 Users are prohibited from engaging in the following behaviors:
a. Produce, upload, copy, transmit, and disseminate any content (including but not limited to information, materials, text, software, music, photographs, graphics, messages, or other materials) that opposes the basic principles established by the Constitution, endangers national security, leaks state secrets, subverts state power, undermines national unity, undermines national unity, damages national honor and interests, and incites national hatred, ethnic discrimination, undermining national unity, undermining national religious agreements, promoting cults and feudal superstitions, obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terrorism or instigating crimes, insulting or slandering others, infringing on the legitimate rights and interests of others, etc. are prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.
b. Endanger minors in any way;
c. Impersonate any person or organization, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organization;

Provide others with programs and tools specifically used to engage in activities that endanger network security, such as intruding into the network, interfering with normal network functions and protective measures, stealing network data, or knowingly knowing that others are engaged in activities that endanger network security, providing them with technical support, advertising promotion, payment and settlement and other helpful behaviors;
j. Use the services we provide to set up websites and communication groups for committing fraud, teaching criminal methods, producing or selling prohibited items, controlled items, and other illegal and criminal activities, or use our network to publish information involving committing fraud, producing or selling prohibited items or substances, controlled items or substances, and other illegal and criminal activities;
k. Upload, post, send voice messages, or otherwise transmit information about software viruses or other computer codes, files, and programs that interfere with, destroy, or limit the functions of any computer software, hardware, or communication equipment;
l. Interfere with or damage our services or servers and networks connected to our services, or fail to comply with the provisions of this Agreement;
m. Intentionally or unintentionally violate any relevant Chinese laws, regulations, rules, regulations, and other legally binding norms.
n. Users must ensure that the content they upload shall comply with the provisions of laws, administrative regulations, and departmental rules, and the uploaded content shall not contain the following content:
- Opposing the basic principles established by the Constitution;
- Endangering national unity, sovereignty, and territorial integrity;
- Leaking state secrets, endangering national security, or damaging national honor and interests;
- Inciting ethnic hatred and discrimination, undermining ethnic unity, or infringing on ethnic customs and habits;
- Promote cults and superstition;
- Disturbing social order and undermining social stability;
- Inducing minors to commit illegal crimes and exaggerating violence, pornography, gambling, and terrorist activities;
- Insulting or slandering others, infringing upon citizens’ personal privacy and other legitimate rights and interests;
- Endangering social morality and harming the nation’s excellent cultural traditions;
- Other contents prohibited by relevant laws, administrative regulations, and national regulations.
If the uploaded content provided by the user contains the above information or content that violates policies, laws, and regulations, the user shall bear the corresponding legal consequences. At the same time, we have the right to take measures such as deleting and blocking the aforementioned information or content. If this causes adverse consequences to us, the user shall be responsible for eliminating the impact and compensating for all resulting losses.
3.14 Users who use our products and/or services to produce, upload, publish, and disseminate symbols, text, pictures, audio, and other content on our website or platform should ensure that the uploaded content does not violate laws, regulations, and normative documents. It also does not infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of any third party. Otherwise, all adverse consequences will be borne by the user. If it causes us losses, we should also be liable for compensation. If the relevant rights holder claims rights against us due to a user’s violation of this clause, we have the right to directly delete, offline, or block the relevant disputed content without notifying the uploading user.

c. Our backend records may be used as evidence that users violate laws and regulations, breach of contract, or infringement.
3.16 Except for special agreements or our permission, content (including text, symbols, audio) produced, uploaded, published, and disseminated by our users using our products and/or services must not contain advertising information, including but not limited to the above titles, introductions, and other content.
3.17 No user is allowed to use our account, products, and/or services to illegally make profits by reselling, changing hands, replacing, mortgaging, or trading at a price. Once discovered, we have the right to deal with it seriously, including but not limited to freezing, banning, etc.
3.18 Users should guarantee that they will not use our services or their derivative services to infringe upon our and other people’s legitimate rights and interests, and are prohibited from disrupting our normal operations through network vulnerabilities, malware, or other illegal means, or stealing or misappropriating other people’s accounts and property under the accounts. etc.; other content that infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of others is prohibited. 3.19 Users can consult us and obtain reasonable technical support for our services. Our obligation should not exceed our reasonable tolerance.
4. Protection of Users’ Personal Information

6. Disclaimer

6.2 Users understand and agree that in the process of using our services, they may encounter force majeure and other risk factors, which may affect the services. Force majeure refers to objective events that cannot be foreseen, cannot be overcome and cannot be avoided, and have a significant impact on one or both parties, including but not limited to natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes, epidemics and storms, and social events such as wars, turmoil, government actions, etc. When the above situation occurs, we will strive to cooperate with the relevant units as soon as possible and strive to handle it in a timely manner. However, we are not responsible for the losses caused to users to the extent permitted by law.
6.3 To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for service interruption or obstruction caused by the following circumstances:
